These terms apply to purchases from Campaign H-Stakes. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We work hard to keep prices and product details accurate, but if we find an error after you order, we’ll contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund. An order is accepted when we send your confirmation email.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. Sales tax is added where required.
Shipping, returns, and damage
Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and our return policy are described on our shipping & returns page. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Using the products
Before you put up signs, get permission from the property owner and follow local rules about where and when signs can be placed. Watch for buried utility, irrigation, and sprinkler lines before pushing stakes into the ground.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
