Shipping & returns

Shipping rates

We charge one flat shipping rate of $15.00 per order, and shipping is free on orders of $140 or more. Your shipping cost is shown in your cart before you check out. We currently ship within the United States.

Delivery times

Orders are usually handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days and take another 3–5 business days in transit. When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Need stakes by a specific date? Contact us before you order and we’ll tell you what’s possible.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Send your order number and a photo if you can, and we’ll make it right.

Returns

Unused stakes in their original box can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can confirm the return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we made a mistake with your order. Once we receive the stakes, we refund the item price to your original payment method.
